Since 2005 we have built our business knowing that like many things in life, it is often the un-exciting, and un-seen things which make all the difference, and we know that when someone takes pride in what cannot be seen, they will naturally take pride in the things which can be seen.

At Avon Dickie Construction we love getting down and dirty in the trenches at the start of a job, tying reinforcing steel, and pouring our own concrete floors and foundations.

We have trained many apprentices over the years, and are proud to say that we only sign off our trainees when we genuinely feel they can complete work to a high trade standard. We have worked with many young guys, who we feel we have helped grow from being good carpenters, to excellent craftsmen with wide ranging skills which will serve them well, no matter which direction they take in their future.
